In a world where social distancing is required to ensure the safety of our teachers and students, we’ve been working hard in providing our schools with the tools necessary to create a yearbook. Entourage Yearbooks is proud to announce the solution for your Student portraits-School Photo Cloud!
School Photo Cloud is a new cloud-based service that helps organize an online database for school photos, virtually. Students can simply submit their own photos to a roster uploaded by a school, providing a safe way to collect student portraits.
Here is how it works:
School Photo Cloud allows schools to upload a roster of students. Once uploaded, they can automatically email their students a link to submit their photos. Don’t worry, the Yearbook administrators can approve, edit, and/or reject the submitted photos.
Created by software developers at Entourage Yearbooks, School Photo Cloud offers an easy and safe way to collect your school portraits. With security taken into consideration and privacy requirements that schools must adhere to for their communities, all school data is privately stored using the latest in cloud security and encryption technology.
